Organic Flow - Headmovemet and their combinations ;)

This module of Organic Flow is 10 hours devoted to head movements and their combinations and use in all the basic zouk elements. We will learn how to combine chest movement with head movement, how to consciously add roasted chicken, airplane turn, inverted airplane turn to lunge, viradinha, bonus, balao apagado, solcinho and their variations. How to come into and out of the zouk turns. We will also get the secrets of creating endless flow, using breath in dance, stretching and suspending the moves. Finally, we will begin working with the musicality concepts to prepare our body and skills for module 4.

Pati & Luke -

Zouk dancers and choreographers with contemporary dance and CI background, creators of Organic Flow style. This style is based on deep connection, grounded musicality, and constantly flowing improvisation. Their dance technique relates to getting a mind and body relaxation state and building trust and understanding between partners. Organic flow is a style reaching beyond the classical approach to dance, not only regarding how it looks but also how one can feel it.
